Will there be adequate parking available?
The Grand Valley Dale Ballroom has a parking lot, and the parking will be free for the event.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code, however cocktail attire is recommended.
What forms of payment will be accepted for the silent auction items?
We will be accepting cash, check, or credit cards.
Will alcohol be served at Make the Magic?
Yes, The Grand Valley Dale Ballroom will be hosting a cash bar, and all proceeds from the bar will benefit the Ballroom.
Is the Grand Valley Dale Ballroom handicap accessible?
Yes, there is a handicap accessible entrance that is to the right of the main entrance.
What kind of silent auction items will there be?
One of our featured silent auction items is a 3 night stay to Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno Nevada! You can check it out at www.atlantiscasino.com.
Is this event suitable for children/ should I bring my child?
Of course! Make the Magic is a family friendly event, and there is a children’s option available for dinner.
