OPERATIONS

The Operations team is in charge of planning the week of camp! They develop the schedule for camp from the moment our first camper arrives to the moment our last camper departs. They are always looking for more suggestions on what we could add to make camp even better!

Our creative Development team spends the year raising money to keep camp 100% free to our families. They host events throughout the year, like the exciting Car Smash and messy Pie-a-Professor!

Waldo works to keep our CKND students engaged throughout the year! He hosts our bi-weekly all-camp meetings, organizes and schedules counselor interviews, and plans and runs counselor trainings.

This incredible team works with our camper families to get campers signed up for camp. They also meet with our community partner organizations to help spread the word about camp. Their goal this year to fill all of our 80 spaces with campers!

Rapunzel and Co. head up all of CK Notre Dame’s social media (which you should all follow!) as well as advertising, monthly newsletters, and (of course) this flawless website! They design all the posters, fliers, and invitations we use to recruit throughout the year.

Remy and Bunker are in charge of planning our Make the Magic benefit, the largest fundraiser we hold every year! From planning the event to procuring donations, these two do it all to help us “make the magic” for more kids each and every year!
