Why I Kesem: “I’ve worked at camps before but this one is extra special because we get to plan it and help kids who really need it” Other Info: “P. Sherman, 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney!”

Favorite Disney Movie: Remember the Titans Why I Kesem: “I’ve seen the effects that cancer can have on children in my extended family. This is my chance to help out some children who have so much more placed on them than they should have at a young age. Oh, and it’s a blast! Why wouldn’t you want to hang out at summer camp with a bunch of kids?” Other Info: “It’s true. I do have a beautiful hook shot.”

Why I Kesem: “To give back to and help out the best group of kids I’ve ever known and their families- it’s hard to understand the Kesem magic until you live and experience it but once you do you will do anything to make sure every kid in this situation gets that experience”

Why I Kesem: “I Kesem because of the incredible campers here at CK Notre Dame! Watching them spend each day being so happy and so strong is really inspirational for me.” Other Info: “I enjoy listening to the musical stylings of Kenny G while walking barefoot along the beach at sunset.”

Why I Kesem: “I absolutely LOVE the Kesem family! We’re all there to support each other AND have a great time doing it!” Other Info: “My name refers to the character in Mulan, not pork!”
Counselor: Nemo Year in School: Junior Hometown: Grand Rapids, MI Major: Psychology Favorite Camp Kesem activity: the talent show! Favorite Disney Movie: the one where I was taken by a diver but then my dad found me. Why I Kesem: ”I’ve been in the same situation as our campers, and I love watching them bond with each other and be able to just enjoy themselves for a week without all the stresses of home. I love that I get to help give them that opportunity.” Other Info: “I am the main family contact as part of the camper care committee, so if parents have any questions they should feel free to email me!”

I have also never met a pizza that I didn’t like.”
