Counselor in Training Program

What is a Counselor in Training Program?

A Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is for 17 and 18 year olds who are interested in being a Camp Kesem counselor.  The program will take place the same week as camp (August 9-15) at the same location (Camp Pinewood in Twin Lake, MI), however the programming is different.  The CIT program will focus on building the leadership and communication skills necessary to be a Camp Kesem counselor.
