SF- Site and Food Service

  • ckSF-1: ACA Accreditation: Campsites must be ACA accredited.
  • ckSF-2: Special Meals: Camps must provide a vegetarian option for campers and staff, and an attempt should be made to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
  • ckSF-3: Off-Site Food: If the campsite does not offer food service, campus must hire professional chef, catering company, or find a lead cook with a food handler’s license.
  • If the campsite does not provide food service, the week’s menu must be submitted to the Program Director two weeks before camp.
