Monthly Goals

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team
• Make sure phone number, email, and mailing address is all functioning
• Set Advisory Board schedule for the year

Camper Care:

• Update the website, brochure, and any other materials
• Select date and location for fall reunion
• Take a look at last year’s community contacts and organize and create plan
• Send TY’s to great community contacts

Fundraising:

• Create an awesome post camp thank you to all donors
• Select date for first LWP
• Enter donations / send TYs by the 15^th and last day of the month
• Identify at least 5 students or Advisory Board members that have connections to funding

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5^th of the month
• Begin site search (with Scott!) by identifying at least 5 ACA campsites within 4 hours
• Finish budget

Student Support:

• Participate in Student Involvement Fair
• Hold general info meetings- get at least 15 new people to these meetings
• Create a meeting calendar for the year and make sure rooms are reserved

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
