Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team (Halloween themed?!)
• Hold first Advisory Board meeting

Camper Care:

• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Find at least 5 more sources for nurse and mental health professional
• Continue planning for fall reunion

Fundraising:

• Finalize fundraising plan for the year in the Revenue Tracking Sheet
• Hold first LWP
• Research and identify at least 2 grants
• Gather info for previous donors
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month
• Set date and venue for MTM
• Make holiday break fundraising plans (high schools, family, church, etc.)

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Select campsite and send PD contract
• Finalize basic wish-list
• Identify at least 10 places to solicit for in-kind donations

Student Support:

• Create counselor selection calendar for the year
• Gather email list of previous and potential counselors
• Decide on all counselor training dates

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
