Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team (Thanksgiving potluck?!)
• Start Mid-Year Check-Ins with coordinators

Camper Care:

• Add camp info to the website
• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Find at least 5 more sources for nurse and mental health professional
• Send camper application link to returning families (early bird)

Fundraising:

• Raise at least 15% of fundraising goal by the end of the month
• Solicit previous donors
• Apply to at least 2 grants
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Solicit at least 10 places for in-kind donations

Student Support:

• Send counselor application link out

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
