Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Final coordinator team bonding/recognition event! (May Day)
• Confirm all summer roles and meet with coordinators to explain and assign
• Get summer contact info. from Coordinators– distribute to all Coordinators
• Make coordinator applications available (if selecting before camp)

Camper Care:

• Confirm nurse and mental health professional and list of sources for back-ups- must offer stipend if camp is 3 months away
• Collect all paperwork from nurse and mental health professional
• Share camper information with nurse and mental health professional
• Hold Family Info Night

Fundraising:

• Raised at least 80-100% of fundraising goal (semester/quarter)
• Work with Admin and Programming to decide date for Donor Dinner
• Identify donors to invite to camp
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Get supplies for camp
• Final schedule walk through with PD

Student Support:

• Hold end of year volunteer recognition party
• Finalize debriefing schedule

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
• Contact local newspapers and news stations about camp (1-2 weeks before camp)
