Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team (St. Patty’s Day!)
• Order camp shirts (with your PD)
• Hold Advisory Board Meeting

Camper Care:

• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Confirm Nurse and Mental Health Professional- must offer stipend if camp is 3 months away
• Hold spring reunion
• Send a communication to families “Hello from your counselors…”

Fundraising:

• Raised at least 60% of fundraising goal
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month
• Hold 3^rd LWP

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Meet with Program Counselors, give program planning sheets, finalize programming for program areas
• Finalize Empowerment Schedule
• Finalize Special Guests
• Finalize daily schedule
• Finalize oldest unit overnight details

Student Support:

• Buy materials and do printing for training
• Start holding trainings
• Send EOT to all staff and give deadlines to complete
• Hold one bonding event for all counselors

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
