Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team
• Start talking about succession- complete worksheet

Camper Care:

• Can start accepting applications on Jan. 1^st (if approved by PD)
• Make camper applications live
• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Find at least 5 more sources for nurse and mental health professional

Fundraising:

• Raised at least 40% of fundraising goal
• Apply to at least 2 more grants
• Hold 2^nd LWP
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Outline the schedule
• Begin searching for special guests
• Get bus contract

Student Support:

• Complete counselor interviews

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
• Contact local newspapers and news stations about camp dates
