Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team  (Valentines day heart themed)

Camper Care:

• Begin entering off-line applications into the system
• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Find at least 5 more sources for nurse and mental health professional
• Decide on spring reunion date and begin planning
• PDs start going through camper applications with CC and review for acceptance

Fundraising:

• Raised at least 50% of fundraising goal
• Work with SS to plan 3^rd LWP (with first counselor training)
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Continue working on schedule
• Give details to bus company on drop off/pick up

Student Support:

• Make final staffing decisions and notify applicants
• Finalize training location, speakers, and schedules

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
