Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team (Holiday gift swap?!)
• Finish mid-year check-in’s

Camper Care:

• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Find at least 5 more sources for nurse and mental health professional
• Start adding camper application link to materials
• Send a holiday gift to families (calendar, DVD, CD, card, etc.)

Fundraising:

• Raised at least 30% of fundraising goal by the end of the year
• Research and identify at least 2 more grants
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Solicit at least 10 places for in-kind donations
• Start planning opening and closing day of schedule (confirm times and research buses)
• Update all coordinators on expenses

Student Support:

• Hold at least two counselor info meetings before leaving for winter break
• Have a mid-year appreciation meeting/party for all volunteers

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
