Monthly Goals:

Co-Chairs:

• Hold one bonding event for coordinator team (April Fools Practical Jokes )
• Make 2013-2014 Co-Chair apps available (after spring break)
• Start to plan roles for the summer and distribute to coordinators
• Complete 2nd standards review (with your PD)

Camper Care:

• Make at least 5 more new community contacts to recruit campers
• Confirm nurse and mental health professional and list of sources for back-ups (get all paperwork and copies of professional licenses)-  must offer stipend if camp is 3 months away
• Decide date and location for Family Info Night
• Send Pre-Camp Packet (for June camps) on Active

Fundraising:

• Raised at least 80% of fundraising goal
• Enter donations/send TYs by the 15th and last day of the month

Admin and Camp Programming:

• Submit all expenses by the 5th of the month
• Communicate all final logistics with the campsite (review agreement details)
• Give final bus contract to PD
• Inventory all in-kind donations
• Start working on supplies list
• Visit campsite with Program Counselors
• Get the Campsite Emergency Procedures from the campsite

Student Support:

• Continue counselor training
• Send reminders about EOT
• Finalize debriefing location

PR/Social Media:

• Blog updated twice
• Facebook updated once a week
